Robyn Leuty is a principal consultant at Robin Fern & Co., where she leverages her experience as an educator to design processes that mobilize big ideas and inspire transformative growth. Robyn specializes in experiential education, human-centered strategy and policy development, inclusive community building, organizational development, holistic coaching, and strategic assessment.
In addition to her work with Robin Fern & Co., Robyn has been working at the University of British Columbia (UBC) for the past 15 years, holding multiple positions across both academic and administrative units. Over the course of her career, Robyn has contributed to building global partnerships (research and programming), managing diverse teams and organizations (45+ professional staff) and complex budgets ($15+ million), directing large-scale learning and development programming (4,000+ learners), leading campus-wide employment programs ($8+ million) and institution-wide systems transformation, as well as designing institutional competency-based assessment frameworks.
Before UBC, Robyn worked for the Vancouver School Board as a high school teacher and athletic coach. A passionate educator, Robyn is known for her authentic style and strategic, futuristic thinking that challenges the status quo and connects people and ideas in dynamic environments. Robyn grew up in Toronto where she was an active member of her athletic and academic communities; heavily engaged in student leadership, dance, and sport. In 2015, Robyn became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® and has a full roster of clients she helps to explore possibility for themselves and their lives.
Committed to lifelong learning, Robyn continues to be humbled by life’s lessons, especially in her journey as a parent to her two daughters. When her nose isn’t stuck in a book, Robyn can be found playing outdoors with her family, watching Star Wars, or getting dirty in her garden.
