Get a feel for a coaching relationship with Robin Fern & Co. with a “session zero”. This is a 30 minute introductory session that introduces you to your coach, as well as our coaching approach and process.Create. The best relationships take time and commitment.
A coaching contract is designed to establish the parameters of the coaching relationship and environment (time, frequency, logistics, etc) that will yield the best possible results. Coaching is most effective when in deep partnership with another and our hour-long, six (6) session packages provide enough time and space to build a strong coach-client relationship and environment that is built on genuine trust.Share. Your coach is your thought partner.
Your coach is your thought partner. Your willingness to share openly with them allows you to reflect deeply on your experiences and hone in on what you want and need to achieve your goals.Refine. Coaching relationships are dynamic.
As such, these relationships require ongoing reflection on performance, process and progress. You and your coach are in continual communication with each other, making slight adjustments and changes as needed to your goals and the coaching relationship to ensure your continued growth is supported.Implement. Coaching isn’t all about conversation.
It is about moving you into action to achieve the results you desire. Your coach will help you create an accountability plan. Your coach will help you set your goals, revise them, set new ones, and then build a plan with you to activate them.
Our Pricing Models

At Robin Fern & Co., we offer standard coaching packages for both one-on-one and group coaching, in addition to flexible coaching packages and payment options to design a coaching relationship that is best suited to you and your needs, so you can crush your goals.
Acknowledging how hard it can be to get started in your career, or professional field, Robin Fern & Co. offers discounted rates for emerging professionals who are early in their career (0-5 years).

Standard One-on-One Coaching Package:
Six (6) sessions in total
One (1) hour sessions in length
$900 total
Sessions can take place in-person, or remotely (via telephone, Skype, etc)
Standard Group Coaching Package:
